Spa Policies

We strongly recommend that you reserve your individual appointments, Spa Parties and Events at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure your event is all that it can be. Spa Parties and Events booked within 7 days of the event date will be subject to a Rush Fee of $50. Reservations and Bookings are secured and confirmed with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Payments can be made via Paypal or with a credit/debit card and processed through Square Register. All balances are due 24 hours prior to any individual appointment,  Spa Party or Event. Cancellations within 24 hours of any spa service, party or event will forfeit the deposit. You may reschedule your booking for a 20% fee. A 20% Gratuity will be added to all Spa Parties and Events.

A travel fee may be imposed for locations outside a 30 mile radius of San Antonio proper. Zip Code 78260. Travel fees are $1.50 per mile.

Gift Certificates are available for all occasions and any dollar amount. They are redeemable for Individual Spa Services, Spa Parties and Spa Events.

Day Spa To Go San Antonio reserves the right to photograph any Spa Party or Event. Photographs could be used in any current or future promotional media. 

Day Spa To Go assumes NO responsibility for accidents or damages during or after Spa Parties and Events. We are not responsible for any allergic reaction or any other medical reactions to the products used for our spa services.
